An opportunity has arisen to join a leading independent recruitment agency based in the city centre of Cambridge. The focus of the role will be account management and business development as the priority is to continue the high level of service that our clientele expects. You will have the opportunity to combine both temporary and permanent recruitment for a wide variety of office support roles. You will need to have at least six months experience of working within Recruitment and good organisational and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal are essential plus the ability to multi-task, as well as strong administration and IT skills. You will need to be proactive, self motivated and a strong team player. As an independent agency you will be encouraged to contribute to the sales, marketing and development of the business.
