We are looking for a competent and capable individual to take up a newly created post, in the capacity of Administrator. You will be proactive and self motivated with the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role and working environment.
Main Duties:
- Load purchase orders onto MRP system
- Send order confirmations
- Create and maintain the production schedule
- Maintain delivery dates on MRP and keep them in step with the production schedule
- Communicate any changes to orders
- Despatch and invoice orders
- Close orders when complete
- Close build packs
- File completed build packs
- Maintain achieve register
- Creation of month end reports using MS Word and Excel
Skills Set:

Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 39 hours a week 08.00 – 16.45 Monday-Thursdays and 08.00-14.30 Friday
